The warehouse and storage buildings are part of Piccards Farm, part of the Loseley Estate and is located to the north of Sandy Lane, Guildford. Piccards Barn is part of a working farm and the buildings are accessed via a track which joins with Sandy Lane at the corner of Littleton Lane.
