On behalf of private landlords, Kingstons successfully let the former Menzies' offices to Loch Fyne Restaurants on a 25-year lease, following receipt of planning for a change of use to an A3 restaurant. Kingstons negotiated the surrender with Menzies and the simultaneous grant of a new lease to Loch Fyne at a rent of £75,000 per annum exclusive.
