The practice was formed in 1988 and is an independent company, comprising Directors Derek Corden and Peter Bellion, together with support staff. Kingstons is probably the leading Guildford industrial agency having dealt with the four largest developments (Opus Park, Moorfield Point, Cobbett Park and Quadrum Park) over the last 12 years.
Kingstons are also one of the leading office agents dealing with one of the largest out of town office developments in the last ten years, The Guildway where we have let 116,000 sq ft.

A major part of the practice is helping companies to find and negotiate the acquisition of new premises. Examples of this are, the acquistion of:

• Headquarter offices for the UK's largest toy manufacturer
• Headquarter offices for the world’s second largest scientific books publisher.
• Short-term offices of 9,000 sq ft for the most successful and experienced small satellite supplier in the world prior to construction of a new 50,000 sq ft HQ.
• Purchase of a 3.7-acre site in Basingstoke for a chilled food distributor and creation of a professional team to construct on a client's behalf, a new 46,000 sq ft warehouse.
• Acquisition of the long leasehold and freehold interests for a new 250,000 sq ft training centre on 10½ acres for one of the UK’s largest airlines.
